First Class is One to One With Our Physio

At The Physio Studio, we want you to have the best Pilates experience. To ensure you do, each beginner gets a 1 to 1 class with our chartered physiotherapist Pilates instructors.

To assess your core strengths and weaknesses, to assess your posture and flexibility and to take you through the key movements, slowly and carefully so that when you join our class, you are primed to get the maximum benefit as well as the maximum enjoyment.

Beginners Classes

Our classes run in the mornings and evenings.

Each course is for 10 weeks and the first session is a 1-1 solo session, followed by 9 group classes.
