There is no refund available for gift vouchers
Gift vouchers will not be exchanged in full or part for cash
Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue listed on the voucher
Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after an initial use will be returned to the customer as a gift voucher.
